Spinal Exercises

This page is for Hollis Family Chiropractic patients only. Please use these exercises only if they have been advised by the doctor. If you have any questions regarding the exercises please ask at your next office visit.

Please note that as a general rule stretches should be performed 3-5x/week. Each stretch should be performed for a 30 second hold, however that might be achieved over time. It is always best to stretch a warmed muscle, so warm up exercises are preferred. Remember to breathe during stretching as well as hydrate properly before and afterward. If you have any questions or experience any discomfort please consult the doctor.
